- Didihkan air, garam, butter dan juga gula. Kecilkan api. Masukkan tepung. Kacau cepat2 agar tepung tidak berketul2. Angkat dari api. Masukkan telur dan kacau sebati. <br />

- Panaskan minyak. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan (bleh gune nozle bentuk bintang dan masukkan lam piping bag). Picit dan potong panjang ikut suka@ picit dan bulatkan macam french crullers. Goreng hingga keemasan.Angkat dan toskan.<br />

- Taburkan gula+cinnamon atau celupkan ke dalam hot chocolate.<br />

Sampai rumah jer, mr hubby kata hujan2 mcm ni makan nasi lemak sedap ni...terus cairkan santan dan sotong dlm microwave, petik daun pandan kat belakang rumah. Basuh beras dan sesi rebus terlur, goreng kacang & ikan bilis, menumis sambal ikan bilis, sambal sotong pon bermula ...<br />

Masa tgh hujan, merengak naik bau wangi santan dan daun pandan, mmg menggoda betul...mmg berbaloi masak semlm, bertambah2 mr hubby makan. Dah lama tak tgk dia makan bertambah during dinner..(dinner jer tau. kalu lunch mmg dia selalu bertambah. hehe. konon2 dinner nak makan sikit jer *LOL)<br />

Nasi lemak ada macam2 version..ada org letak halia, ada org letak serai, my mil letak halba tp resipi bondaku cuma gunakan daun pandan, sedikit gula batu dan sedikit butter...garam.<br />

Utk bg nasi tu tahan lama, santan dan butter dijerang atas api kecik. masuk sekali garam dan gula batu..beras yg dah dibasuh ditoskan kemudian baru disatukan dlm periuk. Sepanjang proses memasak, guna api kecik dan sentiasa bertutup. Tanpa dikacau..bila nasi dah kering baru serih. Jd nasi tak keras tp berderai sebiji2.
